Our delivery & Returns Policy

To ensure we offer our 5-star service across all areas of our business, we strive to:

1. Process and dispatch your order within 2 working days

2. Deliver on a date that suits you and your setting - please advise us of school closures and we can accommodate this! 

3. Provide a range of delivery options to cater to all customers regardless of location

Northern Ireland

All orders placed for delivery to Northern Ireland will be subject to a £15+VAT delivery charge.


For orders to the Republic of Ireland, please visit our International website here.

Islands

All orders placed online for delivery to Islands will be subject to a £25+VAT delivery charge. This includes Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey

Outside Mainland UK

Orders for delivery outside mainland UK will be subject to a minimum £25+VAT delivery charge.


Our Customer Care team will review each order individually and be in contact if this charge is likely to exceed £25.


Additional Information

Made-to-order/Direct from supplier products

Some products may come directly from the manufacturer or are made to order once payment is complete. In both of these cases, the standard delivery times may not apply. These instances will be indicated on the product page and on your invoice. All products that are made to order or some direct from supplier are highlighted as such on the product page.


Out-of-stock items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will hold your order until all items are ready for shipping. Should there be a longer than expected lead time on an item, a member of our customer services team will contact you to advise.  

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders will be accepted providing the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, or in the case of made to order items, the goods have not left our supplier warehouse or production has not started. If goods have been dispatched then the returns policy will apply.

 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. At times of high demand the delivery timescale may have to be extended, however, we endeavour at all times to meet our estimated timescale of 2 days. Early Years Resources will not accept liability for loss, damages or expenses arising from the delayed delivery of any goods. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further details.
